I’m here to cut through the noise and simplify the science of nutrition.
My story
For years I went through various fad diets to lose that baby fat but no matter how hard I tried, it wouldn’t shift. I tried going gluten free, dairy free, found paleo, ended up a hardcore Whole30’er only to pack on more pounds and feel more tired at the gym.
It wasn’t until I started researching nutrition for myself that I realised there wasn’t one single type of plan that was effective.
That’s why I created Munchies & Macros – because we’re all individuals with different needs.
Above all else, I appreciate that following any nutrition plan needs to be fun and sustainable with the focus primarily on performance or functionality rather than focussing on an arbitrary number on a scale.
I believe by learning how to eat, what to eat, and when to eat the right foods you can build muscle with the right macronutrients without giving up your favourite foods.
That’s right, it’s time to feel confident about your body again.

When we work together on the 12-week coaching programme, we are in it for the long-haul.
I will be right by your side from start to finish to motivate you, guide you and reassure you. It’s one of the things people love about my programme and helps them keep on track and motivated - not just until the end of the 12-weeks but into the future.
Knowing that you’re well supported is really important to me, that’s why I open up my emails and give you access to a private Slack channel so you can message me every day if you need to (but I do sleep sometimes!).
